The app is so bad. I added items to cart and it doesn't appear. Shows there are 10 items there but in the cart, it's 0.

Encountered failure on check out process even though I tried several times Kept closing the account and I have to log in again and again

As compared to the web version which always crashed, this is so much better. Doesn’t hang and easy to access and shop around. Fast response too.

For online purchase, it often run into checkout systems during big campaign days and yet we can only be refunded through vouchers instead of bank refund. Please work on your return experience and return us the money instead of vouchers ( which have short expiry date and is unable to split up and use) Extremely terrible! Advise to get from physical stores instead

The app resets to the home page when there is no internet connection.

I failed to make payment using the promo code, it thought I already used it and asked to wait for 20mins before another retry if I hadn’t used it successfully. Totally waste of time as I waited for more than 20min then only could use the promo code again.

I am not able to enter address details as the app was not letting me type it out. Please fix the app for a smooth ordering experience in future

App and website are both so bad. I couldn’t register my card on the website. Downloaded the app, managed to register it. Now the app does not allow me to register delivery address. Can you imagine a buyer at the last stage of completing a purchase and the app fails to let the order through? The live chat agent does not know when the system maintenance will be done. Seriously Watsons, get your act together and provide a seamless digital experience for your customers.
