Pas terrible
Vraiment pas terrible, à commencer par l’authentification fastidieuse (et LuxTrust qui n’aide pas). Comparée à beaucoup d’autres applications bancaires, celle-ci mériterait une fameuse refonte.

The BGL BNP Paribas Web Banking app: smooth, simple and secure!
►INSTANT OVERVIEW OF YOUR ACCOUNTS
The Express View function lets you check your preferred accounts and cards without having to enter any codes (also available on Apple Watch)
►FAST LOGIN
You only need to enter your Client Number and PIN the first time (you can choose not to use to the Token to log in). After that, you will only be asked for your PIN or you can choose to log in via Touch ID.
►KEEP CHECK OF YOUR ACCOUNTS
Set up your alerts! Notifications inform you when your balance drops below a certain threshold (set by you), when you are credited with a specific amount, or when you receive a message from your bank.
Raise your credit card limit in real time!
Credit card maxed out? Leaving soon on holiday, and planning more spending and more ATM withdrawals? Raise your credit card limit in real time by EUR 100 segment up to an additional EUR 2,500 (over a maximum period of 30 days).
►YOUR TRANSACTIONS
Make one-time transfers or set up standing orders to your usual beneficiaries.
Search for transactions you have made over the past two years.
►Apple Pay
Make fast and secure payments using your Apple devices. Just add your BGL BNP Paribas card in the
Web Banking mobile app to get started.
►GENIUS
Need help budgeting and managing your accounts? Genius is the everyday assistant that sends you
notifications and information about your account activity. Receive messages from Genius in your
Web Banking app.
►PERSONAL LOAN SIMULATION
Do you have a project or dream? Simulate a loan directly in the Web Banking application to estimate your monthly repayments. If wish to take out a loan, ask an advisor to call you.
►OPTIMISE YOUR INVESTMENTS
Access the entire stock market through your Web Banking app! Place your stock market orders, check your portfolios in real time and get financial information for making the right decisions at the right moment.
►SECURITY ABOVE ALL
The key-ring sized LuxTrust Token displays a one-time, six-digit code. It is used to secure your online banking operations: saving your beneficiaries, making a transfer to a new beneficiary, transfers of more than EUR 5,000, exchanging emails with your advisor, etc.
►NEED ADVICE? NEED HELP?
Secure messaging lets you communicate with your advisor about your accounts or future plans. BGL BNP Paribas Direct is also available Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.

L'app commence a être fort en retard dans sa facilité d'utilisation, mais aussi dans ses fonctionnalités modernes. Une refonte serait la bienvenue. Côté fonctionnalité, ca fait son travail. Ce serait bien que l'app permette l'installation de widgets, pour donner un accès rapide au compte, mais aussi indiquer combien il reste sur le/s compte/s bancaires. La concurrence le fait d'ailleurs déjà et j'aime beaucoup cela.

Je ne comprends pas comment une boite comme Bgl n’investît pas afin d’offrir une application correcte… certes elle est sécurisée, voir trop, vu le nombre de manipulations à faire pour y accéder… ( dans la description c’est pourtant noté « en un clin d’oeil ´:) » Et alors ce qui m’agace vraiment c’est de devoir remettre à chaque fois mon numéro de client alors qu’il est censé être enregistré… Je suis dans plusieurs banque et donc applications et c’est la seule avec laquelle je rencontre des bugs
Très très moyenne
Complexe, compliquée, longue à la détente, semi fonctionnelle (virements instantanés fonctionnent de façon éparse)... Pour avoir plusieurs banques ainsi que leur app, celle de la BGL me déçoit énormément.

Unübersichtlich gestaltet, bei den ganzen Passwörtern und Kundennummern um sich anzumelden verliert man den Überblick. Meine anderen Online banking apps funktionieren alle mit "1" Passwort und nicht mit 3 verschieden Zugangscodes.
