I really love webtoon and the diversity of the comics on this app , my only problem and i wish you can fix it is that when i was to read downloaded comics offline , the app just shows me a “ no internet connection” , without the lower menu where i can check the downloaded comics or canvas etc .. thank you for this beautiful app

Ive been on webtoons for android for so long and the downloading was fine u could download and go read but here on ios downloading one single episode take me so long and always crash and i cant read meanwhile , ive had two ios with webtoon on them so the problem isnt the phone but probably the app isn’t optimized for bad internet (considering old iphones with low wifi capacity and living in third world xd plz dont forget we exist the internet so bad here)

Ive spent hundreds on this app in years. First time this has ever happened to me. I was reading mafia nanny and suddenly the app glitched, crashed, logged me out. When i attempted to log back in it acted like i was creating a whole new account. I tried every email i had and it did the same thing. I lost all my coins, all of the chapters ive purchased over the years, everything. Super frustrating.
All the stories are really good overall the app is amazing I would recommend
I love the school bus graveyard, i love the comic, my fav is aiden and tyler but when tyler fell off the cliff and fell in a tree scared me but it is a ♾️/10 comic i am in love.
so I opened the app I got a show to start on a show and no sound and I wasted like 20 minutes trying to figure it out and I got rid of it ITS SAD:/
If you read something, it ends up in “my series” and clogs that up for ages - deleting things you tried but didn’t like should be an option. Also, they pay their comic creators wayyy too little. It’s a predatory system from what I’ve heard
