if you’re genuinely thinking about downloading and using this app on your kids, you’re a horrible parent, your kid has a right to privacy wether you believe it or not and this is a complete invasion of it.
as a parent you should have trust in your children and if you’re really that insecure about what your child is doing sit them down and talk to them respectfully, set reasonable boundaries that yous all can agree upon together. trying to be over controlling, invading their privacy and having trust in YOUR child is extraordinarily toxic, they will resent you for it and their happiness will drastically decrease, they will not talk to you about their problems or their life if you do not allow them to actually live it without always having negative input about it.
I strongly suggest you do not use this app, remember you can not expect your child to respect you if you’re doing stuff like this, it is a two way thing, if you are being disrespectful to your child, you can not hold it against them that they do the same to you.
Dont buy - terrible app
Scam app -You have to back up the phone you want to monitor everyday to be able to monitor it - you would need your childs password and permission everyday to be able to back up the phone to retrieve any data. You may as well just ask them if you can look through their phone.
Absolute rubbish
This App started out a year ago to be average and the 2 to 3 day delays in GPS tracking was liveable.
Lately they have changed to a web based app which is totally slow bogged down and days out of date.
Do not download, if you have. Ask for a refund as this app is rubbish.
This company needs to hold their collective heads in shame by continuing to debit money for this. Plus the screen shot costs and charges are at best, criminal.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD - TOTAL SCAMMER , have reported to Apple down their fraudulent business practices ! their risk free offer is not risk free! Doesn’t work and they refuse to refund money totally a scam ! They come up with every excuse in the book not to refund your money . Call your bank and stop payment
Deserves no Stars- Beware!
This app is not what it seems and it is impossible to get a refund! I downloaded and paid for a year to find out the software is not compatible with my phone/computer! I filled out the refund request and met with a person online and they denied my request because it is not their problem it’s not compatible and there is nothing wrong with their software even tho it cannot even work with my computer. I am out nearly $200! Absolutely Ridiculous!
Rip off
I purchased this app. Tried 2 different nights to install. It says 24/7 live chat support, then would say no one is available to chat right now. A technician was supposed to lead you through set up on your computer screen. It was terrible experience! Asked for a license number, which I have never been given. Still haven’t got it installed. Ver frustrating!

Never got this to work. Very deceptive! If I wanted to have to take the phone and physically connect it to a computer to download activity I would just look at the phone. No way to be discreet with this. And when I asked for a refund because it didn’t operate as it stated it would, I was basically told too bad so dad should have done the 7 day free trial (which I didn’t see as an option btw)
