Absolutely the worst customer service and app I have ever downloaded. They charge you and obscene amount of money right away not at the end of what they lead you to believe is a trial period. Then when you request a refund because the app is not performing the way you thought it would be from their advertising they refuse. So I am out $ for a product that does nothing. My suggestion to those reading this is run as fast you can in opposite direction and do not waste your hard earned money on this app.

This app says some free features....it didn’t provide any free features to monitor my daughters phone. I deleted the app days ago and I’m still receiving alerts on my email about my daughters activity without any relevant info. There is no way to unsubscribe from them. I’m stuck receiving these annoying emails.
