If you are hoping for free help losing weight, don5 waste your time with this app. Once it has collected your information it asks for money. No trial so no idea what, if anything, you are paying for. Stick with the know/successful apps if you really want results, or simply eat less and do more.

Spent a few minutes filling in the online form and expected some info not a screen requesting immediate payment for an outline of a walking programme without any info re value for money

You download a survey and have to pay a minimum of £20 to get any information, let alone a chance to use the product. No free one of workout, no trial period, no idea what you’re actually paying for - nothing. Sorry but if apps like Zombies Run can offer the level of quality they have AND a free trial AND turn a profit AND ask a fraction of what you’re asking here, idk what you think justifies asking £20 for a promise, especially with the crap reviews.

I downloaded and paid for 1 month to help me lose weight and get fitter, this app doesn’t even work properly, really strange! Didn’t register my Apple Watch movement so it’s useless, and it’s mot the set up as I am an Apple expert, this app needs lots more work

After reading the reviews I thought they would’ve sorted out a trial by now. I was wrong. As people have said , you fill out a survey and then straight to how you want to pay. No way am I handing over money until I see what this app can do. Only gave a 1 star as I can’t give a zero. DONT HAND YOUR MONEY OVER UNTIL YOU SEE THE GOODS !!!!!!!

Hiya, I am really sorry, I tried this app by an inst ad and I actually liked it initially then after an update some idiot break the training with warm up exercises. So who is that unfortunate who after a slow jog would like to stop and do some push ups? We wake up go and do the training and then at home we stretch. At least there was an option to skip watm up exercises. Whoever thought it was a good idea, it wasn’t. I stopped usimg the app and will never give it a go. Warm exercises before slow jog, then training/running, cool down and then stretching. But breaking up the flow was a massive mistake. Dear developer, have a chat with the man of the street, after 2 mins jogging none of us wishes to stop in the middle of the road/park/street to jump around a little. The app was ruined in that instant. Please correct it.

Interesting advert, completed the initial questionnaire but the app expected to pay for the privilege- too expensive - no real evidence of what you were going to get for your money, no trial period and actually quite expensive - will not be signing up

I purchased this app by mistake , it didn’t give me time to cancel it , took my money straight away . So I decided to use it today and it’s completely rubbish . I feel I’ve been robbed and would like full refund .
