I love the app, it’s amazing. Her workouts are a breath of fresh air. The only thing I would improve would be for there to be options to do an easier version of some of the exercises. I am fit and strong but struggle with some of them and there is no option to decrease the difficulty and work your way up.

No audio / verbal instructions

Unfortunately this isn’t transparently shared at the onset. Leaves me unsure of what I’m doing and if I’m hitting the right area(s) during exercise.

My favourite workout app!!!

After seeing the poor reviews with ‘Crush It’ I was excited to wait for this new version. I joined a few days ago and paid $119 Aud on special. On opening the app, it was divided into ‘guides’, beginner through to advanced in gym or at home. ‘Guides’ should have told me exactly that, they were not follow along workouts. They are silent with a few seconds of video demo of the exercise. That’s it and the app crashes with the video snippets often. You have to tap either after each exercise or superset to log your reps and weights for each 3 sets before you can ‘complete’ and continue to the next superset. It’s just glitchy and clunky and boring unfortunately. There is no flow, music (who works out in silence), no timers, follow along(unless you do the 21 day challenge or the couple of Hiits) But the main app itself is filled with silent guides where you have to log 6 times every superset….and BYO Spotify. I think Senada is amazing but this app is a waste of money for those that like to train hard and get pumped with good tunes and atmosphere. The recipe section has great recipes and I love the YT shorts of Senada cooking some of them (the ones I’ve cooked are delicious) but this is just reading a traditional recipe, maybe I’m just being a little picky by this stage. To create your own meal plan, you have to add her recipes or individually enter the macros of what you’re eating. There is no barcode scanner etc. Honestly, save your money, download another trainers app or even follow along to a YouTube workout session/challenge such as Caroline Girvan and log meals in My Fitness Pal. Oh and the clinker, upon hitting ‘app support’ You are directed to an error 1000 page that isn’t supported as it’s on cloudflare. So any feedback or refund request is a no go.

The app is so good but the video keeps glitching and stopping. And does it show how many calories we burn doing these exercises?
