Great workouts, not a great app
This has the bones of an excellent app but the development of it leaves a lot to be desired. The content for the workouts and the programme is great but it doesn’t track my workouts properly. I used it today for my 4th week and according to the history, I’ve done 0 workouts. It’s so annoying as I like to be able to track what I’m lifting to ensure I’m always building on that. I wish it was better than it is.
