bugga troppo quando ci sono drop di merch , le shipping fees hanno dei prezzi esorbitanti

the app really needs TONS of upgrades… when buying something, if i’m able to put anything in my cart before it gets sold out, i should be given the time to go through the payment without getting kicked out, like a sort of timer that gives me time to do the whole payment process without worrying for the item to be sold out before i’m done. another thing i suggest is to add a sort of online wallet where i can upload money to use to buy merch from the app so that i don’t have to waste time with the payment process, or at least an option that allows me to save my card details on the app without putting them manually every single time. shipping needs upgrades too, especially those crazy prices offered (for europe)

Non so se è un problema che spetta a voi risolvere ma ho scoperto che il numero per rintracciare un ordine che ho fatto è invalido. Ho contattato Weverse shop che mi ha detto che è stato un mio errore e il pacco verrà rispedito in Corea. Ma l’errore è stato colpa loro!!!

I live in italy and i wanted to buy the txt’s album but price wasn’t in euro so i can’t buy it! Can you please fix this and add euro???

Second time I need help and second time they don’t solve my problem. They reply after weeks or sometimes months and don’t even try to understand what the problem is. I suggest to employ more people for the customer service and make it more responsive.

Why shipping in Italy won’t work?

The apps is comfortable and really easy to use. Amazing for the artist under big hit and it’s sublabels. The only thing that needs to be improved is the shipping... a little too high I brought the BTS GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP the first day and I was lucky that is wasn’t that high but after a few month it increased.

The app in itself is really nice, but maybe you could sell merchandise from more artists, like Twice, EXO, GOT7, Stray Kids and more
