I know as an international fan things will be more expensive coming here to New Zealand but please let us do like a bundle order and get a discount on shipping.Like if we spend more then $150 or something there can be a way where shipping isnt insanely expensive.It’s so hard to order anything & I would love to order once on weverse too support my faves.Please let us have a way where international fans can order things too.

I can guarantee that all Weverse shop global users will agree that the shipping is much too expensive. For example, shipping to New Zealand for the “Jack in the Box” album which is 0.7kgs, costs ₩51,013 (not including the actual item price). It does not take ₩51,013 to ship 0.7kgs, it’s outrageous! Weverse shop, please lower the shipping price Thank you

I tried my best but there’s a verification issue, I do everything i can but they didn’t send me the verification code and im not able to buy TREASURE membership😭😤

It’s been a week and I still haven’t gotten my verification code. Customer Service is useless as well. At least cater to every country? You’re already a growing company.

This makes it way easier to get official merchandise, and not spend so much money on over priced resellers, but it would be better if there would be notifications for when certain items are restocked, so I could buy the item before it gets sold out again. Also the issue with the currency, I mean it’s not hard to do a quick conversion on google but it is never the exact price and it would be convenient if it was already on the app. And with customer service, I had problems with the Bon Voyage series and I emailed them, But I eventually got it on my own but it took them about 2 weeks to get back to me. But all in all this is a very convenient app and I love it.

商品到着がまず遅い上に到着後も未だ発送準備中になっている始末。そんな感じなので、もちろん追跡などないも同然。 加えてトレカは曲がってて交換に出せないし、極め付けは上半身印刷のアクリルスタンド胸部分に弾丸でも撃ち込まれたのかと思う程の凹み。 そこそこ高い送料を毎回払ってるんだから、それに見合ったサービス、というよりそれ以前に販売・発送する側として最低限のことはして欲しい。 販路がこれしかないからしょうがなく購入しているが、正直以前委託していた別会社（大手コンビニ運営企業）の販路に戻してほしい。
