Can you Re-stock the items that are already sold out??

Very smooth shopping experience. Just with a few taps, it’s done. And all done on the same platform, no redirect to another website, etc. Since it’s an app, of course it’s mobile-friendly. I wish there is a feature to reserve items that are already in our shopping cart for 2-3 minutes, because often items sold out as we were about to pay and that is really annoying.

why we can’t order in another country

When the shop was created one goal was to lower the shipping costs. It isn't unusual that the shipping costs as much or even more than what you actually buy. The navigation is weird since there is no search bar. There is a clear priority they set which is American customers. Any fan that isn't Korean, Japanese or American will have worse product quality, service and availability. I bought DVDs that were sold in the Global store but the DVDs have the regional codes 1 and 3: North America and Asia. I cannot watch the DVDs now because DVD Players in Europe are set to the code 2. Mind you that there is a separate store for the USA and this was sold in the GLOBAL store. The DVD thing gets very confusing because some DVDs can actually be watched everywhere, which means they are region code free. But since this isn't uniform you need to double or triple check everytime you buy a product that includes a DVD. The other possibility is to hack your DVD Player or buy a region free one, which is very hard to find. There is also no browser version which I think would be very needed. For live shows or in this case the exhibition, the stream or the website is very laggy despite following the instructions and having the computer and software needed for it to make it work. As a non-Korean,-Japanese or -American fan I feel only taken advatage of, being treated as a fan instead of a customer. I do not buy from Weverse Shop anymore. I buy from unofficial sites or national distributors because it comes cheaper and I do not see the benefit in ordering through Weverse Shop. I really tried and wanted to support my favorite artist as direct as possible but Weverse Shop failed to see me as a customer with needs and to be seriously taken complaints.

商品到着がまず遅い上に到着後も未だ発送準備中になっている始末。そんな感じなので、もちろん追跡などないも同然。 加えてトレカは曲がってて交換に出せないし、極め付けは上半身印刷のアクリルスタンド胸部分に弾丸でも撃ち込まれたのかと思う程の凹み。 そこそこ高い送料を毎回払ってるんだから、それに見合ったサービス、というよりそれ以前に販売・発送する側として最低限のことはして欲しい。 販路がこれしかないからしょうがなく購入しているが、正直以前委託していた別会社（大手コンビニ運営企業）の販路に戻してほしい。

11月上旬発送予定みたいなの書いてあったのに届いたのが24日。 あ、そういえば買ってたわー。って感じです。 遅れるメールも発送完了メールもなんも来なくては？？って思います。 次のアルバムも28~6.7日くらいに来てくれないと…ユニバーサルミュージックの方がやっぱり良いなって思います。

発送自体は別に問題は無い、予定より遅いものは遅いけど普通に来る時は来ます。 凹みや傷は、もはや製造元が悪いのでWeverseが問題かって言われるとわからないです。 シーグリを買った際はめちゃくちゃでかい箱に大きいプチプチに入れて包装して下さっておりましたが、思い切り端が折れていました。製造元なのか製造元が包装してるのかWeverseが包装してるのか分からないですが、商品が綺麗な状態で届く方が珍しいと思いました。 ここでしか買えないものはこちらで購入しますが、基本的にはHMV、Universal music storeで購入しようかと思いました。 アプリの機能的には割と使いやすいので好きです。商品ページも見やすいです。

メールアドレスの変更ができません。絶対に使えなくなることがないようなメールアドレスで登録してください。

商品の状態がとても悪いです。最初シーグリを買った際、デスクカレンダーが機械で押したようなクッキリとした折り目が着いており、違うグループで商品を勝った際もQRコードが読み取れない不良品が届きました。連絡すれば返品対応はして頂けましたが、アルバムなどにも2.3年前と比べて傷が増えている気がします。私はレビューを書かれている他の方と比べ配送時間やサポートの対応に不満がある訳ではありませんが、高いお金を払って商品を購入しているので、商品の状態には特に配慮して頂きたいです。

買いたいと思うですが 外国の会社ぽいから、たまに虫とかゴミが入ってるコメントを見た事あってそれ以来迷ってます😢
