i loved to drive with the bikes in vienna but since month the bikes are gone. are they coming soon again to vienna? i would appreciate it. :)

Why don‘t you show the area until where you can actually ride it on the map? It suddenly slows down but much too late. So you have to push it all the way back until the area where you can park it. which is really annoying!! And then it takes much too long to lock it to end the ride while the time and charging for money still keeps running!! Very bad!! Fix this!! it’s much overpriced for this level of service! The support desk is very bad! No apologies but instead blaming the customer. 🤨😡

Der Radius in Wien ist zu klein!

First I did it very disconcerting that the app asks for your phone number before you have and option to find out Amt the company, their privacy policy or rates. Then when I enters it I maybe the mistake of switching to the messages app to read the code. When I got back there was no keyboard to enter the number. So I requested skizziert code. Same problem. Then I closed the app and requested one again but now my rate limit exceeded but heute is no hint of what I can do now. The support page does not have any info about this nor do they have a contact option. So to sum up; they have my phone number and I can’t use their Service.

Super zum Fahren. Leider oftmalige Aussetzer, weil das Gefährt der Meinung ist, man befindet sich in einer Fahrverbotszone. Leider kein Sperren, nur Fahrt abschließen geht. Teuer im Vergleich zu den Scootern.

Es wäre schön zu sehen wie viel Batterie das Bike noch hat und natürlich wäre es auch toll abgeschlossene Fahrten im Überblick zu haben, um zu sehen wie viel ich wo bezahlt habe.

Habe ein bike gemietet bin gefahren alles war gut. Dann wollte ich die fahrt abbrechen und nix ist gegangen. Das ist Betrug

Doesn’t work properly! 2 of 3 times I am not even able to finish the ride. Even though the app does not show an active ride the bike is still on. I can’t stop it so I have to wait until the bike turns off! I can’t see the battery level in the app I mean what do you think? Every single app like TIER and Lime shows the battery status. That’s not a coincidence! So get your team together and fix these bugs! And create a better user experience... thank you! Also you mention that there is a live support on your website - I could find it! And there is only an us number. So if you enter Europe please tell your city manager to better prepare for this.
