Scam!

Looked easy but it wasn’t! We were not able to end the ride. There were no locations provided on the maps. Kept on saying no parking zone. The site mentioned “check the maps below for the parking areas” guess what no maps were provided. Finally we just had to leave them very far from where we actually wanted. We tried different bicycle stands, places away from the buildings and what not! Never doing it again.

Charged me for more time than I used it

Literally took a 5 minute trip and it charged me for 20 mins and thought I did a 31km journey! Absolute joke - and terrible customer messaging service

Stopped working after 500 yards

Rubbish

Waste of time and money

Maximum speed 8mph and helmet wouldn’t fit back in, complete RUBBISH

Couldn’t end journey

Bike journey wouldn’t end for 5 minutes. Slide to end wasn’t working. Had to slide it ridiculously slow to stop it. Apart from that it was great

Cannot find the price anywhere

I literally cannot find the price per minute for these scooters anywhere. The help menu doesn’t load in the app, and it seems to give me the option to rent one without giving me any information about the cost. Deleted for now

Bad app

It doesn’t verify emails. There is no way to complain about a ride. The app doesn’t show the battery levels of the scooters.

Cannot sign up. Text of code never received.

Cannot use the app

I have downloaded the app and added my number to have the code sent but it never gets sent. I have hit the resend button a number of times with long gaps in between but still no code. I have even deleted the app, downloaded it again and still no code sent! I have tried with a 0 before my number and without. Useless!
