Ingen support?
Ni har tagit betalt för en resa som jag inte har utfört pga att elcykeln inte fungerade. När jag går in i er ”Help” finns det inget sätt jag kan få tag på er. När jag försöker komma åt en hemsida redirectas jag till er app. Moment 22!!! Hur ser ert företag på detta?

Riktigt värdelös tjänst. När jag skulle stänga av min resa gick det inte. Det blev min dyraste 12 minutersresa någonsin. 118 kronor snodde de. Och det är jättesvårt att hitta nån kundsupport.

Not able to end the raid
It took me 3-4 extra minutes didn’t accept my raid ending that wasn’t nice at all it kept telling me turn of the bike power bottom and there is no power bottom
