Scam!! Alert if you are a driver or passenger
This company is a scam. They don’t pay their drivers and have stolen money from passengers. Many of my friends have experienced the same issue. Be careful and make sure to check their reviews on Google before dealing with them.

Please don’t use this company because they do not pay their drivers I’m one of the drivers effected and also you can go on google and read their reviews soo many people are effected by these scammers including drivers and riders.
Extremely low quality service
Extremely low quality service. I have been using Get Transfer for many years now. Almost every other time I use Get Transfer it is a disaster. Drivers get late, don’t come to the right pick up points. Cars gets replaced. And Customer Support is awful. And they don’t give refunds not matter what. Almost every time I promise to myself that I will not use it again, but in cases I need a non-standard / large vehicle there is not much options. So I do not recommend this service to anyone. Get Transfer is almost like a scam.
Be careful - try somewhere else
I used this service on a recent trip and had no end of issues from the start.
Got offers, booked one and received my confirmation - then the driver cancelled it so I emailed and was asked for more money to rebook. I requested an English speaking driver, which I did not get and he used a translator app whilst driving. Breakdown in communication and lack of arrival process delayed our start.
An issue on the return and again breakdown of communication meant we did not get our return transfer and we had to book and pay for another on the day in order to not miss our flight.
Emailed support who said they were sorry and investigation would take a long time - it’s now 3 months since we returned and nobody is answering my emails.
Unreliable, uncommunicative and untrustworthy.

I booked the transfer a couple of hours before the flight. Everything worked perfectly: the driver met me in the arrival area, the car was comfortable, the price was no surprises.
Useless customer service and no accountability
I booked a transfer (2.5 hours home to airport) and the driver was a no show. I missed my flight and had to buy another more expensive ticket the next day. Response from the criminals at get transfer is ‘we are investigating’. Even the driver admitted to me he was at fault. 9 days later. Silence from the company and I’m out by the overpriced ride and my airfare. Disgusting. Avoid this company like the plague.

They are not playing drivers, do not support business modules like this. They take 35% and still don’t pay the drivers on time and on some cases not at all…
Fraud
This company is totally fraud. Ignore them and stay safe. All fake reviews by the company people. Once you pay them you will never get the ride and money back.
As a driver i am waiting for my payment of £560 from the company since December 2022. Now its September 2024 and they keep saying they have no payment date yet for me to announce.
Car didn’t show up and poor customer service
Edited as I have now received a refund. However, I advise caution using gettransfer as this took a lot of work on my part.
What happened:
I booked a car with a child seat from the airport so we wouldn’t have to travel with our own. I paid around £60 for this service but decided it would be worth it. Unfortunately, after arriving late in the evening, with a very fussy toddler, there was no sign of the car and no response from any phone numbers I called. We ended up having to pay for another car from the airport which was a lot more hassle than we wanted. I had to send three emails and a Facebook message to get any response to my request for a full refund (considering none of this was my fault and I had to pay for another car). Over a month after the original request, I got some ‘credit’ to use for gettransfer in the future. As I don’t trust the company and don’t want to use them again, this didn’t seem acceptable to me.
