Buen servicio, mala app
Lenta y cada vez que la abro tengo que re-autenticarme. También, vez que se hace una reserva, si se toca el mapa, se pierde el trayecto al coche y no lo puedes ver de nuevo (hay que abrirlo en maps). Los coches sobre todo los más nuevos bien.

El vehículo en esta ocasión estaba bastante sucio.
App poco fiable
Tuve muchos problemas para pausar y reanudar . Incluso tuve que llamar varias veces al contact center de wible por ayuda

El mapa debería mostrar los estacionamientos disponibles
Viaje de 3 días
Muy bueno el servicio y atención al cliente, el registro rápido y sin problemas, sin embargo es importante para este tipo de servicios revisar los vehículos asignados dado que este tenía un neumático que no está en condiciones para largos trayectos.
Poor service, parked in wrong lot, smelled of smoke
We reserved a car only to find that it was parked in a parking lot it was not authorized. We had to cancel that car and get a refund, and then go find another car that was parked in an authorized space. That car smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I’ve never used one of their cars where the phone charging cord worked, either. If you rent from them, be sure to bring your own, be sure to leave extra time to find the right car, and bring air freshener.
Love the car hate the customer service
I tried to call and call and no one answered it for 4 hours... I’m still trying and I just want to activate my car and leave.
Error problem after update
I updated the app 2 days ago on my iPhone It doesn’t work anymore Always error and cant reserve or use the vehicle I installed it on my old android phone and it’s working correctly But on my iPhone 7 Plus, no work at all I am so depressed, I was happy with the app and cars, but I can’t use it anymore:(
