Doesn’t work for Europeans

I’m a multimillionaire who spends over 20K+ per year on rental cars. This all doesn’t accounts for anyone are residing outside the EU is an EU citizen

Registration does not work

App does not allow for phone numbers longer than 9 digits (problem if you have a US or German phone number). App works fürs expedited license checking but crashes when you select one. Web browser based app forces you to use the app. All in all it was impossible to sign in… Terrible experience.

I referred 5 friends! I got 5 discount bonuses! and they didn't let me use it! blocked my account claiming that my wallet was invalid! worst service and care

Basura de app

Los autos funcionan bien. Lástima que la tecnología (web, app) son una basura, no te deja hacer el pago, siempre terminas teniendo que llamar por teléfono. Porque tienen app? Operen por teléfono y ya.

Servicio moderno com reglas del pasado

Además tratando de resolver la personal del teléfono si ganas de resolverlo. Que lastima!

No te dejan conducir con licencia Venezolana

Estoy aquí por 15 días soy ciudadano Italiano y tengo licencia venezolana por que vivo en Venezuela, y no me dejan conducir , esto podría ser una práctica de discriminacion xenofobica

A pesar que indican que dan saldo gratis por darte de alta y poder probar el servicio, te cargan a tu tarjeta de crédito el kilometraje y la utilización del vehiculo y ademas retiran el saldo de "cortesía". Me parece engañoso pues en ningún momento explican como funciona la supuesta "promoción". Me daré de baja inmediatamente.

No me funciona

Me la he descargado con un iphone ios 6.1.3 y no lo abre, me aparece la imagen del coche rojo y se cierra la app.
