Why the change?

Suddenly can’t access information that was freely available without buying the premium version. How do they do this without notification or a heads-up??? Such poor service. Very disappointed. This is a really helpful app that I have recommended to many but this poor service just leaves a bad taste.

Love the App but major issues to login and there's no support or help page on website

I would love to give this app a 5 star rating as it's really great but if there are any technical issues you are left to yourself to figure it out. The app hasn't worked very well in the last few days as when I try to log on it just clocks forever without ever actually loging in. I've removed the app restarted my phone and reinstalled the app many times with no success. I've tried it on my iPad as well with no success. I've loged online to try to open a support or issue ticket and there is no such option. Unfortunately I'm left with having to write a review in hopes that the Wile AI team sees this and takes action. When the app works it's fantastic but when it doesn't there's zero support to raise a ticket.
