Shame. It looked promising

I was really hopeful for this app because not many fitness trackers allow you to factor in a menstrual cycle. Unfortunately the app deleted check in information I had collected over several months, resetting all data to 0. This makes the app unusable.

What’s happened everything is slow and it logs you out and won’t load. Was great really helpful in tracking but now it crashes I can’t log in everything is sooooo slow. Really frustrating as I’ve been using it daily and I guess all my data will be lost now.

Great app

Been using it for a few weeks now along with my Fitbit, not had any problems with data being shared between the two. Gave it a try purely to see how I should be training to get the best based on my cycle and love that it also gives you nutritional advice on what to eat before and after as well as any supplements or vitamins that might benefit. True game changer for me.

Terrible app for menopausal woman

Telling me that i need to do more high intensity workouts!! This is the complete opposite of what woman going through memopause/peri menopause should do. Seriously run up hill and for an hour is one workout or cycle for an hour an a half?? Low intensity and strength training is what needed as a peri menopausal woman thank you very much for the worse app and advice ever !!

When I first heard about this app I was very excited to download it, I love the concept of this app and I think it has a lot of potential however, it will not connect to my Fitbit. I know someone who cannot connect their Garmin or other apps and I find this really inconvenient. Another thing is that I subscribed to the 14 trial and it said instantly that because I have downloaded and used the app that I cannot cancel, I don’t understand what the 14 day trial is for? It has only been 1 day… Furthermore, I was interested to subscribe because it has training plans. Unfortunately, it does not have the option to select weight training/strength training as a sport in this section. This would be good for someone who does triathlons, cycling or running but this just doesn’t suit me. If strength training was available as a sport on the training plans section and I could connect my Fitbit, I would very much use this app religiously but unfortunately at this moment it just doesn’t have everything I need.

I’ve been training for over a year now. I have also struggled with my cycle when it comes to strength training (losing strength, gaining weight, losing weight). It can be demotivating sometimes, the app put things into perspective for me! The more I use it the smarter it gets and I’m grateful that it exists. Would highly recommend to any person with a menstrual cycle who would like to make the most out of their training.

Too slow

The idea is awesome but it’s so slow to load and to enter each piece of info that I got fed up using it after a few days. Fitr has fewer functions but at least it’s quick!

I like the app and what it aims to do but it doesn’t integrate well with other devices yet. It says it integrates Oura but takes next to no info from it. Then its way too slow loading. I ain’t got time to enter all the info anyways, a slow loading app is making this even more of a chore. Nevermind when they start charging for this.

I like how the app will prompt me to eat better before and after my workouts. Also it’s great for logging your symptoms and emotions be is physical or mental
