First.. the advertising. Everytime the app is opened they are pushing their products. Then.... App hangs when "updating" App was hard to connect to unit meaning it took 45 minutes for no apparent reason. App disconnects from unit... no apparent reason then won't re-connect - no apparent reason. I have several smart devices and none of their apps perform so poorly. Returning unit. It's 2024 not 2008. Apps are not a new thing to be this bad.
It can’t connect. The app has simple, clear instructions on how to connect to the device. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t work. After connecting to the device wifi, the app never gives an option to do anything. The only reason it rates ONE star is because the device is still usable without the app.
Easy to installation of the app
Stop asking for marketing consent every time I open the app. No means NO.

The app only works if you give all your sensitive data like your exactly location. Why do I need to give my sensitive location to be capable of connect to the wifi of the device? This feels like a big scam to gather user sensitive data. The app does not work if you don’t agree and give all the data the app asks for. You can’t use any basic feature or the app at all without give away your sensitive data.
Created an account, when I try to login it says password and email don’t match. I’ve now reset my password three times. Still the same message… FAIL
We recently purchased our machine and connected to the wifi successfully upon setup. A little while later either the wifi button was accidentally pressed or the wifi glitched on our end and it disconnected. In order to get it working again we had to completely delete and re-connect the purifier on the app, losing all stats and information previously collected about air quality. There is no spot on the app to easily re-connect wifi without having to lose all info - or if there is, we were not able to find it.
Control used to work, now you can only read out the status, but you cannot control it! In that case useless
Why no Canada support for locations? Also, where is the google home support...
