The videos are lovely, especially in 4K. But if you look at it for longer than 30 seconds, you notice that every five seconds the frame freezes and restarts a loop. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it and it’s very distracting. Would not purchase again.

Honestly love the sound of the real wood burning. Sorry if you got this app for the sound you got the wrong guy laying behind you. I’ve had great success and I love it, it’s a wonderful ambience!!!

This is about as bad as an app can get. The sound doesn’t mesh with the video. It’s like watching a foreign movie with voice over.

This is ONE fireplace scene....apparently this app also costs, but I do not know what I paid for it?! You get ONE, yes ONE scene, the rest cost money.....plain and ordinary. Don’t waste you time of money on this!

I paid for this apps different fireplace packs and I have multiple Apple TV’s. I am unable to restore the purchases on my other units and worse when I reach out to the developer for help the email goes no where.

I rarely pay for apps - If it’s not FREE, I pass it up. I made an exception for this variety of fireplaces. Now, when I open the apps it’s shaded out, then the choices do come up & I make a selection I get about a second of crackle and the app closes! Sorry I made the exception!

For some reason the apps plays the exact same sound for the different fires even though depending on what’s being burned and how much will change the sound. An example is the gas fire would not make the sharp crackling sounds they use on everything. But the videos are pretty cool and you can get them for cheep so it’s kinda nice I’m just glad it’s not over priced. I got like 12 different ones for like $2. Also some of the videos could be better quality the blue fire is cool but not very bright.

Purchased on iPhone and it works fine but won’t play but one fireplace on iPad— HELP PLEASE

I purchased these last year and didn’t have a problem all winter. I went to use them a few days ago, only 2 work. I keep getting iTunes store error, download cancelled. I have deleted the app, re installed it, and tried to download each fireplace. All the fireplaces I purchased show up under My Fireplaces, but the only 2 that work are. First Fire and All is Bright. I am on Apple TV and. LG 4k tv. Please help.

I enjoyed the app very much. I PAID for the app and it is no longer available. How do you plan on reimbursing me? Otherwise, it is theft of a service that I paid for. Thank you. Sincerely, Roberta Fite
