why it always jumps out from the setup?

Once you want to set up your account, it asks you if Singapore SIM card is installed to your device. You press “No”, and then it asks you to enter your mobile number. BUT +65 (Singapore code) is preconfigured and you can’t remove it. Basically the app wants you to use SG number only. No use if you have foreign number.

Though connected & wifi signal strong, the internet is slow (takes long time to load after opened an app), sometimes the wifi cut off & reconnect frequently.

No Verification Code received despite resend several requests during set-up. Tried M1 & Singtel….make no difference. Same problem exists. This matter should be looked into.

It's not recommended as it’s non-responsive & you don't know what you are downloading to your phone.

After updating to IOS 17.4.1 I can’t connect to WirelessSGx anymore. Hope this problem can get fixed.

Installing the profile again and again and I can never connect to any wireless sgx network. On iOS 17 so not sure if it’s an issue with software or otherwise.

After upgrading to iOS 17.4, it cannot connect to Wireless@SGx even with updated profile. It may need to fix it.

It doesn’t work for me on iOS.

Do not understand why this apps was approved by Apple as well SG Gov!! This is completely a rubbish! After you import the profile there are no way to remove it! Even after you change your phone. It will automatically download the profile and intentionally force you to join their junk wifi network! 1 star is consider over rated!!
