IMDA’s Wireless@SGx application facilitates the one-time setup of users’ Wi-Fi profile for seamless connection to Wireless@SG hotspots island-wide.

Through this app, you can:
- Set up your device to automatically connect to the Wireless@SGx network
- Locate Wireless@SG hotspots
- Run speed tests and diagnostics that provide information on your network experience
- Receive important updates on Wireless@SG

Always shows 'Safari can't open the page because it coudn't connect to the server' Please fix its been already a month. Thnks.

Can’t be deleted

The profile remains in the phone and is unable to be deleted. Followed through all the steps and guides, contacted them but even they themselves can’t solve it too. Now I have to live with the WiFi profile forever. To those cannot use it, YOU ARE LUCKY.

The app successfully created a profile in my previous iPhone XR and Samsung S8 when the app was first launched. I changed to iPhone 15 in end Oct 2023. I have been trying to install a profile in the new phone, followed through the steps. It always stopped at the last step, and said “Safari can’t open the page because it couldn’t connect to the server”.

You should have take care of this problem because it keeps shows unable to connect since iOS update, this experience is very unpleasant and feel fed up.

Need Singapore number

Doesn’t work if you’re travelling here and don’t have a local number. Browser login also doesn’t work as cannot receive the OTP.
