Amazing customer support
Although I was afraid to use Wish after reading other reviews, I placed an order and well it came with issues! The customer support team was amazing they understand my issue and refunded me on the spot. Amazing and easy not like rivals that make you jump through hoops and in the end say nothing we can do! Fraud
You order products you never received them, and you do not take your money back but they give you “” wish money “” to buy from them products again but you again never received them.

Very good app
Impossible to get in touch
I ordered and received a usb cable for my phone and have been trying to reach then to ask for a refund as it is not charging my phone . On the automated menu when I try to get in touch with support at the last step I am asked to upload a photo in order to submit my complain but the photo is like it becomes invisible after I uploaded and my complaint cannot be submitted without it .
