Poor service
Very very poor service and no body reply don’t west your money
Shipping costs
My shopping is still in transit so I cannot say is they are what I expected or not, but I am positive they will be. What shocked me was the shipping costs. Way too high sometimes. Shipping costs cost more than the actual item. This us the only thing that bothered me so far as the items you offer are exceptional. Thanks. MARTES FALZON

Items come totally different from the displayed photos
Good range of products but shipping is very expensive.
Products are wide ranging and reasonably priced, however shipping charges to Europe are unreasonable. In my latest order, shipping charge increased by €2 each sheet (20 x 10cm) of leather patch added, which is certainly not equivalent to actual postal rate increase. Ended up with a product charge of €6 for ten sheets (of not much more than paper), and a shipping charge of €20. In reality I doubt the shipping will cost more than €5. So, when faced with local import charges in addition to the horrendous shipping charges, the product actually costs you around 4 to 5 times the price initially displayed.

I ordered my things more then three months I still didn’t receive And also not refund my money back just giveing me new dates.

Delayed delivery
I ordered 2 wreaths shapes to make a Christmas wreath. The delivery was date was 6 th to 12 th dec. These have not arrived yet. I might get them in time for Christmas 2020😁 lol. Waste of money and big disappointment, bye bye wish😁
