Great customer service

Loving the app. The AI mobility stuff is cool to try and actually get a mobility score to see progress. I had a billing issue as the discount code I had used expired before the 7 day trial was over so I was charged full price. I contacted customer service and they had it sorted and adjusted in 24hrs. Amazing.

Great app and even better customer service

Sent an email and got a very fast response. They did everything to solve the problem. Definitely the best app for the CrossFit open wods and any other comp that needs videos.

Upload??

Should be easier to upload to YouTube, perhaps one touch sync.

Frustrating

Video stopped 9 minutes in to 21.1 due to low memory. There was no mention to close background apps

So frustrating

This app us a train wreck. UX is super difficult to use. Took me longer to find a comp WOD than do the WOD. App must have serious performance issues, as it suggests airplane mode while recording. App crashed 5 minutes into a workout because it ran out of memory. I have 10GB of open storage, what does it need to run?

ARE YOU JOKING TOO MANY APPS OPEN!!!??????

more than half way through a qualifier workout on my second attempt and it say i’m out of memory and storage, i have 8 gb or storage and a few apps open. ARE YOU KIDDING ME NOW I HAVE TO REDO A THIRD TIME??? very frustrating never was i told abt closing background apps.

Why is the metcon watermark showing AFTER I purchased the upgrade to remove it???
