I adore having this app downloaded on my phone, not only to scroll through when I’m looking for that extra inspiration or have some spare time for some tips but also because it gives me daily affirmations and mantra randomly throughout the day. These always come at a time when I am needing an answer to my own question or a little self-boost. I also love to share them with friends when they appear on my phone 💜
