Useless!
I have now tried to setup the app several times, but without any luck. The “Jetpack” login is a huge bug and there should be found another solution.
Can NOT recommend!
Jetpack can’t seem to find my Wordpress user for some reason. Neither username or email. However somehow it suddenly worked and the plug-in was installed, but when trying to setup Jetpack it suddenly doesn’t recognize my login any longer. Which for some reason resulted in a new Wordpress account being created….
So.. app is deleted! Very disappointed.
Normalt ok app
Men efter en opdatering, kan man ikke gå ind på produkterne. Den vil ikke opdatere nye, og går man ind på en bestilling, kan man ikke se de bestilte produkter. Prøver man at trykke på produkterne skriver den blot “product couldn’t be loaded, retry”
Dette har stået på i en uge nu, og er rigtig træls hvis man normalt bruger appen meget.
I miss the count of ordres in Order status filter
Before the new update, you could see the number of orders that were in every status. It was very helpful, because you could see if there was an order that needed your attention.
For a new feature, it would be nice if you could bulk complete orders.
The worst app ever
Awful app! Most of the time it doesn’t load anything and gives me errors. Sorry but shopify mobile app is light miles better than this joke

The app shows wrong views and you can’t change category.
App is chrashing every time
Since the New Update, the app crashes on startup... iPhone 7 Plus..
Anyway when the app was working properly, it really ain’t good. Lack of features compared to other platforms. Also I had to refresh all the time to get correct information..
What went wrong??
In our growing e commerce company, some lucky ones have not updated the app, thus they can still use the old version of the WooCommerce app perfectly. But ever since the update to the jetpack integration this is by miles the most frustrating app-scenario/experience I have ever encounted!
Why force shop-owners to download a massive plugin like jetpack, if they don’t need such plugin? It only slows down the side - and having a best of breed approach to e.g. choosing plugins as a cache plugin is much more preferably than all-in-one-solutions as jetpack.
Hence, my first ever review of an app in my life - sadly a bad one.
Change it back to the version without jetpack - even if it at the costs of losing a few “fancy” features. The older version clearly works if you where lucky enough not to update it back in the day.
Jetpack, seriously?
The app itself is okay and works, but it doesn’t make any sense to make Jetpack a requirement. I have nothing to use Jetpack with.
Is will keep using the old app until this has been “fixed”.
Doesn’t work
No orders can be loaded. Constant fail.
Logs in just fine but “unable to show orders - retry”. Waste of time!
