Jetpack conflict resolved
One of the recent updates has stopped the ability to edit coupons. When you click a coupon, it does nothing. Developer responded and I figured out the issue. Jetpack was not up to date and causing issue. You can reach devs easily by going into the mobile app, settings then help and support and submit a ticket.
Why can’t I swap shops easily?
Wish I could swap between stores I own without having to log in each time

Back a year later to say it still is an awful app w nothing but the same malfunctions: Definitely not for small businesses who don’t have 24hr it person in house. below is more detail on the problems I’ve been having. It’s now months in and I’m having to hire a web developer to try to figure out the problem.… Because I am a small business and I need the convenience of this application to work (the ease was the reason why I chose to develop a woocommerce Wordpress website)… og review: Every single time, which could be multiple times per day, I have to delete this app off my phone and reinstall it… And then… I can only keep my fingers crossed that it’s gonna work. A few months ago there was no problem. Then they did some update, and ever since then I cannot process shipping. 90% of the time after I’ve reinstalled the app even then still will not connect and allow me to process shipping.… … revised::: it’s been three months since I last left the original review. The developer has contacted me with one message and then pretty much never responded. So there was never any resolution to this. I still can’t use this app. now won’t even let me login. I am 100% using the correct login information. I log into my website daily through the Internet. But on the app I can’t get in at all anymore. And this has been the resolution since they’re tech-support has attempted to help with one message, and then ghosting me.

Missing Bookings
For generic orders the app is great but it has no ability to see bookings in any format
Can’t generate shipping labels
Ever since the recent updates, I can’t generate labels from this app. It got stuck at choosing the box. Either it says experienced unexpected error or says the “box name” isn’t unique enough. 🤷🏻♀️Super frustrating!!! Please go back to the old version. Ugh!!!!😩
