Mostly ok

Glitches REGULARLY. Several times a day: ‘cannot add coupon/cannot find item/cannot add customer’. Really dislike the way it calculates tax, sometimes it says a different amount by the time you take a card payment. Be careful how you add a discount as that can really mess with prices. Cannot do a part cash/part card. Cannot do an exchange. Overall disappointing but it’s getting us by until we can afford better.

Does not send emails

Theres no way to send invoice and when changing order status it does not send the relevant emails, it sends nothing. I had customer complaints saying no emails was received. I thought it went into there junk, turns out the app is not sending data back to website to then send the emails. Pointless app without this basic functionality.

TERRIBLE SHOPIFY IS MUCH BETTER

CANT CONTACT SUPPORT SAYS ERROR WHEN SUBMITTING A REQUEST.. PICTURES DONT UPLOAD.. ITS GLITCHY HARD TO USE .. RUBBISH.. NEEDS MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT.. CANT EVEN UPLOAD A VIDEO IN THE PRODUCT SECTION

Blaze ads

I don’t want to use blaze campaign. There is no option to close the notification. So it just lives there now? How stupid.

Great app

Great app to have all your sales data on the go. Only disadvantage you have to install Jetpack, which can slow down your website a bit, but you can disable all unnecessary features and then it won’t affect performance

Does not display in own currency

The app is slow on updating stats and does not display in own currency which is really frustrating

A lot of crashes

A lot of crashes one after another

Server down

Server is down frequently, customers can’t places orders= losing business

Not good enough

Bored of it saying “couldn’t load” What’s the point of rolling out an app so poor. Finish it and re launch it when it works!

I’m able to log in with username

Keeps asking for email, and says incorrect, when I know it’s the right emai?
