This app is virtually useless.
Half the things you would want to do if our and about, you can’t.
If sitting with a client and had a new order it would seem logical you would want to add it. What about just secured a new client. You may want to add and setup order details, you can’t.
I think this app has a long way to go to be considered as useful.
In my opinion it has been quickly put together to tick a marketing box to support the main package.
Don’t waste your time with this, instead log in on browser to main application and do what you need there.
WorkflowMax app
If I could give it a -1 I would paid 2 months subscription while waiting for technical department to tell me why the app kept freezing. Promised a multitude of times I would get a call and never did
No more access
Used to be able to use this app to log my worked hours for my employer, but now says I cannot log in for this account. I have to log on to the browser version in order to do this now.

This app is absolutely useless workflowmax works well on my Mac at work and on my lap top but is pointless for I phone
Not really sure what this app is meant to do?
No access to quotes or any client information apart from names which is t very helpful. Don’t bother downloading.
Very poorly developed and near useless
I read the previous comments, and then choose to ignore them and downloaded the app. Install and login was easy and the app quickly found the cost codes assigned to me for booking time.
Then the problems started .....
When I went to book time, after selecting the day using the app, I easily entered the duration and the cost codes. On saving, the app advised that it could not accept the date format entered. This is despite the fact that I had set the date by selecting the day from within the app, so I could not even save my entries!
I then tried verifying if the web interface had any settings for the iOS app. Whilst in the web I entered my time bookings and they automajically appeared on the iOS app. This was good until I viewed the bookings in the app. On saving, the app then deleted both new entries from my account.
Thia app has good potential to make time booking in WorkflowMax an easy and simple process ..... if it worked.
Until there is a major review and update I would strongly recommend you do NOT use this app or even bother to download. The low feedback to date is a correct and an accurate assessment.
Useless
If you use WFM on a browser, this app has about 1% of the functionality... so it’s useless unfortunately.
Zero functionality
This app crashes a soon as you attempt to open a job, rendering it completely useless.
I raised this issue with the support team in February and here we are in June with no progress made at all.
Very disappointing.
Better off carrying an abacus
I use WFM on my laptop happily but this app does not even let me see my quotes at times only jobs. It's insanely limited & not worth the space on the phone.
Come on guys, your owned by Xero...sort out your apps
Need update asap
Won't work on iPhone 7 you can't go back to previous days to log hours 😡and you can't look at jobs it just turns off
