Saves paperwork!

Great app for planning, organising work etc. Don’t like the new look though guys. The old logo was better!

Streamline your trade business admin

Once over the hump of setting up and getting used to the interface, I'm now flying with the help of this app, it's boosted my productivity and organisation to new levels. Really happy with this app. I'd have given it 5 stars but there's a few bits I feel could be improved, and probably will be as they seem to be constantly developing the platform.

Non responsive website portal and glitchy app

We have been using Tradify for around 12 months with one company and then moved the new company to Tradify Over the past 3 months things have begun to get very glitchy on the app Appliances not been saved after adding Then appearing as 3 of same appliances App logging it out losing all data entered into forms etc Screen not responsive to iPhones Now the website portal keeps freezing and non responsive, meaning we have to shut down log out clear cookies log back in and after a few data entries, the same non responsive happens again,”. Trying to run a business that see 600-1000 jobs through each month is just not worth keeping the software anymore The disruption this software has caused is beyond any reason to keep using. Time loss equals money loss Just not good enough

Brilliant App

Brilliant App! Love it! Be good if the jobs could link to google maps when opening, unless I’m missing something! BUT DO NOT USE STRIPE! Why such a brilliant platform advertises and uses Stripe is beyond me! Takes forever to get your funds that your customers pay!

Be prepared for high pressure sales on signup and beyond

I was bombarded with a barrage of daily calls, emails and texts during the 14 day trial. I had to delete the account in an attempt to stop them, but even then the daily calls have continued. I would also say Tradify might be invaluable if you have a team of people, but if there are only one or two of you then I really wouldn't bother.

This has saved me so much time. You can set your quote templates up and quote at the job so no more late night quoting in the office even are engineers can quote on site.Couldn’t go to work with out this now. Customer service is brilliant to if you have any problems.

Use off line

I would give Tradify 5 stars if I could use it off line

Superb app

My only issue I have is it would be good if you could access the information on it in no signal areas. Unfortunately you can't see anything unless you have a signal/4g

Most cost effective I can find

The app is one of the most cost effective I can find. One or two things I’d like to see added like a customer portal and the ability to change the email server the app uses to send out going emails so my clients spam filters don’t block the emails. But all together a very good comprehensive app
