At last an extremely useful app that is user friendly and delivers happiness to its recipients 🙏

I hope my order is still on the way, I always ordered Hotels.com gift cards from Spotlight and it always takes 5min or less for me to receive my orders. This time around though, I had to buy it to use ASAP and I still haven’t received it, it’s been taking ages! I also tried to reach out to support but when you click on the Help option it shows that there’s ‘no content available at this time’ so I literally spent $250 credits and the hotel I wanted might get sold out at any time soon, also the room I wanted is not available anymore. I just wanted at least to hear from them on why it’s taking so much.

Hi Can’t give rewards can sign in select name after that screen is blank pls fix it or advise I have delete app and restarted still no joy

The keypad is too small to use easily on an iPad. The app would be much easier to use in full screen

An app which requires written inputs but believes this is best achieved by a reduced keyboard size. Not well thought out.

The app is useful but bit irritating as it lacks vendor search feature and can’t turn off Awards Feeds page. In an organisation if thousands, seeing every reward posting is not of interest.

Currently nowhere on the app where it states the balance or points total to view. Extremely annoying that I can’t see this. Would be great to add this to the app. Generally very good app and easy to use apart from this one issue.

Doesnt show my balance. Doesnt recognise that my email has the @ and keeps saying put in correct values. Not usable.
