Logging problems to the app
I can log on with my password using my work laptop but the same logging details will not work with this app. Might be a user problem but I am pretty sure there is something wrong with this app.
Until this is fixed, the app is unable for me unfortunately

Dreadful App
Doesn’t load, cannot get into the main screen and less than basic functionality. BofA are meant to be one of the worlds biggest banks, however their app is one of the worst I’ve ever used.
Utterly rubbish
The company I work for use this awful Bank - everything is hillbilly slow if you’re lucky enough to get the app to open. Complete pants of an app. Avoid if you can. Sadly, I can’t.
Useless app.
How can apps be so bad these days from a bank this big. I am amazed. Please look at other apps like Natwest and learn. School kids have better ideas for UX and UI.
Really slow
Today I cannot even pass through the accept terms and conditions page when it opens. And so cannot verify an online payment. Absolute rubbish.
Terrible app
Are Bank of America incapable of hiring competent software engineers? This app is awful, most of the time it is just stuck loading and I cannot even get to the login screen. When I do the app is useless, has very little on it and you cannot do much. Honestly will have to explore another corporate card program as the amount of employees with issues it isn’t worth the headache
Please BOA Fix this App - completely useless
Nothing more to say, app is useless…slow, clunky, crashes regularly. Honestly surprising that BOA actually released the app as it’s just embarrassing that such a large corporation could produce such a terrible app.

It’s totally useless. Takes ages to log in. Takes ages to load up just a simple interface with your balance.

So Bank of America digital team, are you just sat around drinking tea and coffee? Because you certainly are not doing your job of this is the kind of joke you are producing. It doesn’t come close to the sort of apps offered by decent banks

Useless App
As someone who uses App Banking daily, this is the worse App I have ever used, for a bank you would think their IT would be grade A this is dreadfully slow, it’s faster to get payments approved using Text than approving on the App, it randomly decides that Face ID log on can’t be used and you need to use your username and passcode, what’s more secure than your face, nobody can steal that, they should spend some of their profits on getting an App that works

This so so incredibly bad! And the fact that developers don’t care don’t respond don’t improve it is really quite funny!
What do you do all day?
Face ID won’t work Incredibly slow. Forget snail, think glacier. Have to use passcode ever time so changed mine to one that’s easier to type. Less secure though.
