Love the low impact

I’ve done 6 days now, with a small stumble, doing 5 and 6 today. I find the preliminary view very helpful, before the timing starts. Love the morning reminder, then if I miss it comes again 12 hours later. Perfect for my age and total lack of fitness. 2nd review: still very enjoyable. Balance on one leg ones are hard for me, but I will persevere. Hopefully strengthening my knees. My auto immune disorder limits my flexibility, but the stretching will improve it. Thanks! 3rd review: struggled the last week to keep regular. Hopefully will do better this week. Exercises still varied enough to be interesting.

I accepted an offer of a 7 day trial and from day 2 was forced into choosing or rejecting a one Year subscription. Pretty sure this breaches various consumer laws in Australia. App is possibly good but I am going elsewhere on principle. Very disappointed at the brutal misrepresentation.

I found this app easy to use and follow and I’m sure it would be perfect for my 80 year old mother. But I’m an active 65 and would like a workout that is more challenging.
