I love this app. I have been out of shape for awhile. Now that I’m 57 I was looking for a way to ease back into exercise and this it! From the first day I could feel a difference without being in pain. I’m so glad I found it. 😀 Try it today you won’t regret it.

As a 75 yo who has eschewed exercise since HS sports this app is great for me. It’s enjoyable and low impact so it’s easy to start and and easy to stay with it. I have 1 bug to report, which doesn’t affect my 5 star rating. The app changes my weight from what I enter to something like 486 lbs between workouts. I’m overweight yes but not morbidly so. I’ll ignore the unintended body shaming until this gets fixed.
Challenging but just the right amount. I can feel my muscles complaining a little. Thank you for the challenge!
With this app I am slowly improving and becoming more steady on my feet! Thank you for creating a program that is truly for those of us who have not exercised for a very long time!
I have enjoyed the non stressful experience so far.
