Super app for mental health

Recommended by a CBT therapist two years ago and used ever since. I love the way you can record ‘gratitudes’ each day - it helps you stay focused on the present. And there are great tools to help you deal with worries that are CBT based. Well done to the makers of this app!

Hello I’ve tried email these people to ask about a dark theme, white aggravates my disorder everything invisible and what do they send back ? BRIGHT WHITE EMAIL SCREEN SO I CABT SEE ANYTHING OJ THE PAGE blind,d me. If you want something helpful with people who listen to disability needs try someplace else because these ppl DON’T LISTEN. I’ve had t trash their email. That’s going t help the business a lot, nice move shoot urself in foot Now I need some other to help me with the MOre STREss they cause me. Regards

I like it and it really helps with my anxiety but it’s weird that the subscription button is on the homescreen next to the worry button - it’s be nice to not have it in your face

There is no option, that I can see, to reset your pin to enter the app. I’ve got no idea what my pin is so unable to access.
