After the last update, app opens and keeps loading forever
Trying to leave comments in a video is PAINFUL on an iPhone. No controls, tools that don’t draw properly, having to click 10 times to exit a video. Terrible. The web based version on a Mac is excellent. The iPhone and iPad version were really phoned in.
So many web features missing from the mobile app that it’s unusable. Would love to have my team switch to this app, but it simply isn’t finished.
How can an company that focuses on PM tools be this bad at an app. Like many people here I get a spinning wheel of death and nothing ever loads. I hope they know people are unfortunately forced to use this tool and they should try to make this app work.
Same complaint as many others. Won’t load. Spinning wheel and say “taking longer than usual.” Have reported. No fix.
Looks like I’m not the only one for whom the app doesn’t work on iOS. People reported the same exact problem going back at least a year and the only response they seem to have is “create a ticket”! Create it yourself! We are telling you the app is not working, why do you need a ticket to fix it? Do you want us to fly to your HQ to show you what the problem is in person too?
As a longtime user of Asana, fed up with the lack of structure with Asana , Wrike is a welcome and robust solution for team task management. The phone app is good for scanning the Inbox but not very useful when reviewing projects. Better filtering options based on Custom Fields are necessary.
It’s a pretty nice app and I like the gnat chart implementation, but to use this you need one of the higher tier plans which is be willing to pay for… but those plans require 5 seats. 🤷🏼♂️ So based on their current pricing it would cost me $125 / month for a single user. Such a shame I can’t give them my business at a reasonable price.
It works for a few days, then you get the spiral of death with the message, “it’s taking longer than usual” Have had to delete and reinstall to get it working a few more days. When you try to submit feedback directly to Wrike there’s an error message, so leaving it here. When phone app breaks, you can use desktop, just have to email the photos to your laptop to post. Takes away the simplicity of keeping the team updated.
