Wrike: Work As One

This app means well, however despite turning off push notifications at least 5+ times, it seems to turn them back on itself. I’ve had to turn off it’s ability at a system level on iOS as it keeps reactivating Inbox, Weekly, and Activity summaries at minimum.

This app provides the owner of the license all power to change and amend communication in their favour. If something happens and you need legal documents it can actually delete communication from your own emails. I have had to keep a second set of communication via an outside document so that I could prove agreed upon issues. When I rang Wrike to complain they told me bad luck. It’s a very bad product. This is the worst app I have ever used. No accountability

Part of their sign up process is providing your phone number I’m not up for that as the spam calls I get already are bad enough.

I like this app and Wrike as a whole coz its a one stop shop. Eg is has the same card system as Trello. I can manage and comment to teams like slack. But there is a serious lack of integrations with other app. I manage a lot of teams in a lot of parts around the world and some which have teams of their own which already have systems (eg slack, trello, discord, GitHub, bitbucket) I wish there were integrations (not just notifications, but full integrations) so you don’t have to waste time learning yet another “time saving” project management system. Also I would like the mobile app to be able to switch views to list, board etc. this would be helps. I’m sure you’re dev team will get it Wrike soon ;)

Paid $1488 to subscribe their service for the whole year last year. Stop using it in half way, remove my credit cards from the account. This year they tried to renew the whole year service without telling me! Call me on Apr saying i can’t cancel the subscription and I have to pay the whole year. I told them I won’t pay for a service which I am not using. Now they get a Debt collection company to send me the debt collection notice.

Obviously the developers have never managed a project. This is a show stopper for us. iPad support via Safari is also extremely poor. This app and the platform are clearly a work in progress.

Life is so much more organised with Wrike and I save so much time digging around everywhere to find what I need. While the app doesn’t have all the functionality of the website, it is constantly improving.

Tapping a Wrike hyperlink in an email, opens in Safari: tapping “Open in Wrike App” button opens the App Store like a chump, instead of realising I already have the app installed and opening the app to the ticket I need to see. As a result, I have no way to know what ticket any Wrike URL leads to. Good job.

I complained about missing functionality. 2 days later my request was implemented. Very impressed with Wrike's constant improvement here.

Good mobile extension of the larger format platform.
