Millage tracker

Not sure why when I report my end millage it all goes to personal when 95% is work? Will not allow me to adjust

Password constantly changing is unacceptable

Lack of Training

During the Element roll- out, there was no mention of reporting mileage & how the app works. Why do we have geotab gps tracking units hooked up to the diagnostic port on every service vehicle if it’s not being used?

It takes some getting used to…

It takes some getting used to…. Not as intuitive as the other app I was using before but will get used to where the information I need is.

Update required

App states it must be updated. When you hit update, it takes you to what looks like the App Store and when you hit “Open” it asks you to update again. A vicious circle!!

Not user friendly

Always have problem using app on computer it never loads properly and it’s always freezing when I do get in site

The password system is a complete nightmare!!!

Freezes at load up

It used to work fine, now every time I open the app, just hangs on all caught up! Can’t click anything else. Use it regularly P&G.
