SAP Concur

If you have an older iPhone, iPad or laptop, you can’t download the new version - so I can’t use this anymore.

Slow, constant crashes and very unstable app. Takes too long to enter and update entries. Concur was much more reliable prior to SAP acquisition and they over complicated it. Totally NON intuitive and lacking real world foundation and double entries needed from expense to itemization. Only using it because my company has been brainwashed into wanting all employees to submit with this terrible, unreliable app.

At times when taking pictures of receipts, the camera is glitchy and keeps moving

I understand the importance of 2FA but every time I need to take a picture of a receipt I need to redo 2FA on a phone that is used for 2FA. Poorly thought through execution which makes this app unusable.

I hate loosing 4 minutes every time I open the app!

Completely useless for uploading receipts I end up editing them all manually Cumbersome way to do it and a lovely waste of my time It screws up the amounts address and locations And as an added bonus SAP doesn’t have some places in it geographically for Canada

Very unstable , freezes 90% of the times . Lacks the crucial features which the web version has

Pretty much every review is bad—how does the rating not show that? I think this fompany does a lot of papering over of users’ total hatred of it
