App won’t let you edit the transaction date and a lot of transactions come in late and don’t match the actual date and causes expense reports to be sent back. Cause extra work and grief for no good reason

A recent update has removed the ability to share a screenshot or photo to the App. I have tried this in both iOS 17 and 18.

Concur seems to be designed to keep you from doing your expenses and never gets getter despite repeated feedback. It’s a great example of what happens when you design an app for anyone but the user

Need to run 2FA using my phone every other day. This is insanity and makes no sense since the 2FA originates on the same phone. Way to over engineer the app to security measures that make no sense. Need people that understand user needs. Typical SAP absence of logic.

Size of this application is plain ridiculous given that it’s a basically web interface of their site.

Concur constantly asks you to accept being location tracked. There is no way to decline this request. It only give you one choice to proceed with the app.

Why can I not hit create report and all cross referenced receipts adhere to expense ? Too manual for 2024 . In the 90s I could bring up expenses and just click next to them and it created a report . I could also resolve the remaining expenses and report it . I can not remember what system we used but it was much friendlier . TOO MANUAL.

Works great for expenses. But I can not add attendee groups in the app. Online yes, but app doesn’t show groups. Would be helpful to have that.
