Constantly crashing

Game keeps crashing every 5-15 minutes on a brand new 9th generation iPad running on iOS 17.4. No info about this on publisher`s website. Last update to the game was two years ago, so it is safe to assume that nothing will be done to fix this issue. Would probably be best if the game would be pulled from AppStore.

A real game

This is the best game I’ve played on iPad. No additional fees, no lottery, just playing for FUN. I’ve been playing X-com/UFO since the beginning and this is a great continuation of the series, well worth your money. Support games like this and we’ll get more real games like we used to.

Game crashes all the time

Good game fails to crashes 5-10min gameplay all the time and you lose your progress. How to get money back when game not working? Iphone XR

Exelent XCOM version

This game works perfect in iPad Air. Amazing that we can play full version on XCOM in mobile device. Best tactical game in mobile platform.

5 stars if it was not for bugs

This game is great on PC and it is great on iPad. The only problems are with controls, especially when moving soldiers to roofs I have frequently made the mistake of accidentally placing them on the ground level (XCOM: EW did this much better). There are also a few bugs such as getting stuck in the overwatch slo-mo indefinitely. At one point the screen turned entirely white. With a few patches this would be a 5-star game.

One of the few proper game titles on iOS

If you're like me, you have a powerful, recently bought iPad and hate the weak game offerings on iOS - this game is worth checking out. Its a faithful port of the original PC game, with depth and days worth of gameplay, things most iOS games can only dream about! Believe me, the hefty price tag is worth IMO. I've been a big fan of the XCOM games ever since I played "UFO: Enemy Unknown" on my 386 PC back in the nineties. The game series has evolved beautifully through the years, streamlining some aspects of the micromanaging side while still retaining what was good with the original game. Proper tactical skirmish action! I gave 4 stars only because there are still a few graphic rendering bugs in the game; jumping between menus will eventually refresh the gfx but its mildly annoying..
