## Xero Me Description
Xero Me 
Xero Me is a self service employee tool that helps small businesses reduce the time spent gathering and fielding requests on employee time, leave, expenses and pay. 
Save time on payroll and expense management by empowering your employees to self-serve work admin tasks, wherever they are, using Xero Me. 

To log in to Xero Me you must be granted permission by your employer. Check with your employer if you are having trouble logging in.
Note. You will only have access to mobile features your organisation has enabled, based on your role (not all mobile features may be available to you).

Key features include:

Payslips
- View past payslips
- Download PDF files of your previous payslips

Timesheets
- Select ‘Duration’ or ‘Start and End time’ Timesheet types (AU only)
- Enter multiple work and break times plus add notes against time entries in ‘Start and End time’. (AU only)
- Submit timesheet for approval

Leave
- Check leave balances 
- View upcoming leave requests in the leave calendar
- Request, edit or delete leave requests

Expenses*
- Capture cost as they happen: scan and submit expenses, company card and mileage claim, anytime, anywhere
- Automatic receipt transcription: Details are scanned from your photo receipt to auto fill the expense claim
- Track your mileage: use the map in Xero Me or select from recent locations to accurately enter, track and submit mileage claims to get reimbursed faster
- Submit expense claims in any currency: make it easier to keep track of actual costs and maintain accurate records
- With approver permissions, review and approve expense claims on the go
- With admin permissions, setup receipt analysis, claim accounts, team roles and bank accounts

*Access to Expenses requires a Xero Expenses subscription and access permission granted by the Admin.

Approvals 
- Team Managers can review, approve or reject leave requests, timesheets or expense claims

This app will not work. I’ve tried everything including deleting, reloading and even updating software. There is no contact number or email and the email I found, no one answers. How am I supposed to access my payslip etc if I can not access the information. Wouldn’t recommend this app.

Again, despite hundreds of online complaints, this app proves to be utterly useless and flawed. Despite numerous attempts of resetting my password, reinstalling the app and various other wonderful methods, this app DOES NOT WORK! Listen to your customers feedback please and sort this out. I can login to my normal app fine but I can’t log into ‘xero me’ at all. Very disappointing and frustrating. Ps. Thousands of your customers have asked for a feature to allow businesses to invoice for deposits on jobs. Please listen. So tempted to go back to sage. 😡

Get app, makes submitting expenses so easy. Love the assess receipts feature where it pulls the details off the document. 

Misses one star because there is no total for expenses, either in draft, submitted or paid. If this could be added it would get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We have been using this app along side the expenses app, it was good because it let employees add time and stuff

The expenses app was good because it allowed me to view other people’s submitted expenses from my phone. Now that app has been retired and there is no way for me to approve or review or even look at other people’s expenses with out using the actual website which is not very mobile friendly

For your privacy iOS lets you limit access to your gallery. I use this with other expensing apps so that I only share my receipts. This app FORCES you to give full access to your gallery, otherwise it disables uploading photos. Feels invasive and a breach of my privacy for no good reason. Please change this.

Aside from that, the app is well designed and fluid. A pretty darn good experience overall.
