DESCRIPTION
The Xerox® Workplace mobile app enables simple local printing and scanning with your Xerox MFP. When used in conjunction with Xerox® Workplace Cloud / Suite (www.Xerox.com/mobile), it further allows users to connect in a controlled secure way from any anywhere, to any device over any network (without direct printer connection.)
KEY STANDARD FEATURES
-Add and connect to a printer by simply scanning the printer specific QR Code or using NFC to tap on NFC-enabled MFP
-Open documents directly from this app for easy print and preview
- Use the camera function to capture a picture and then print it
-Select print options such as 1-Sided/ 2-Sided, color/ black-white, stapled, paper-size, page range, and Secure Print pin (for direct print only)
-Print directly from other applications such as Dropbox, Google Drive and more
-Integrated Public/Hot Spot printing
-Scan documents from your MFP wirelessly from within the app
Additional Features when used with Xerox Workplace Suite or Cloud
- Controlled and secure user permissions with mobile app user account log in
- Unlock supported Xerox Printers, using the mobile app instead of a card (unlock code or NFC)
- Print to Xerox, Fuji Xerox and non-Xerox including HP, Ricoh, Epson, Canon and others’ network print devices
- Print MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, email, text, Open Office and various image formats
- Use GPS to find locations and available printers
- View the currently selected printer status

- Capability to integrate with a single release queue including jobs sent from desktop PC, MAC and Chrome book

HOW TO GET STARTED WITH XEROX® WORKPLACE
1.) Obtain your Company Code information for your Xerox® Workplace Solution from your administrator
2.) Download and install Xerox® Workplace App
3.) Register & Login to Xerox® Workplace using your Company Code and Credentials
4.) Browse your Mobile Device and open a document to print
5.) Select “Open In…” using Workplace to Upload, Preview & Print your Documents*
6.) Select an available printer, printer options and release your document

NULLITÉ DU PROGRAMME
UNE FOIS DE PLUS XÉROX NOUS PROUVE SONT INUTILITÉ DANS LA GESTIONS DES PROGRAMMES POUR IMPRIMANTE. LA COMPAGNIE HP QUE JE N’AIMEAS PAS NON PLUS . LA SEUL QUE JE N’AI PAS ENCORE ESSAYER EST BROTHER. CALISS FAUT FAIRE DES PIROUETTES POUR FAIRE L’INSTALLATION AU LIEU DE VOUS DÉCROTTÉS LE NEZ FAITES UN EFFORT POUR LE RENDRE PLUS ‘’ USER FRIENDLY’’.

Good app helpful in bypassing the frustrating airprint requirement of iphones which never works on most printers
No Print range selection
Where or how do I only print certain pages of a multi page document? Can’t see or find the option. I see paper size and double sided options but nothing for print range.
Can’t add a printer
I tried to add my printer to the app by scanning the QR code of the printer, but it always showed printer not found. Any suggestions how to solve this? The printer is in the same wifi and set “shared by all”.
Works good
I was able to print all i needed with the app. The ipad will usually looks for an “air printer” which i don’t have. I have a networked printer at the office. Once the ip adress is set, you can print easily over wifi. Sometimes you have to move the file in a folder that the app recognizes. It would be nice if the zerox app would be proposed when hitting the print icon whenever an air printer is not detected.
Needs so much work
We have 6 different Xerox printers on our work network. We also have 2 HP, and 2 Brother printers as well. This app cannot find any of our printers. The HP and Brother apps work flawlessly, but wont work with our Xerox machines. Poor app. Zero support. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
Requires PC program to pair to
This does not do what I expected. I expected it would allow me to print to a wifi printer on the same network as the iOS device. This is not the case.
Support is wesk
Downloading was easy, the app is easy to use but I could not get it go work. Tried emailing tech support and still not feedback after a few days now. :(
