Would make it 0 stars if I could
Terrible. Couldn’t update things. Would keep switching to Spanish. Shouldn’t have fixed what wasn’t broken. And for the price my internet shouldn’t always have be reset multiple times a day to stay on.
I am totally blown away that I pay more than $300 for subpar internet and cable service. Internet and TV service are inconsistent and require regular visits to the Xfinity app…where you can’t speak to an actual person and nothing ever gets resolved. People should really launch a class action lawsuit against this awful company..
Pretty worthless when it won't sync with new modem. Customer service is no help either.
The worse app ever
Your company does everything it can to not have direct contact with customers. Your virtual assistant is a joke to get to a live person. You haven’t got my bill correct for like over half a year.

App shows my internet is offline after the problem was fixed over 30 hours ago.
I have latency, and complete outages, ALL OF THE TIME!!! Pretty much daily. However, I don’t have options where I live and I’m stuck with Xfinity. I complain about the issue and what steps do they take to resolve it? Why none, of course!! But they did increase my bill… I would switch in a heartbeat if I could.
