If you want to change a plan, forget it, if you want to troubleshoot, forget it the app will tell you they need to send a technician, but it might cost you fees!!!
Trying to cancel my T.v. Pack and getting nowhere. Very evasive which I suspect is deliberate. Just cancel my T.V. Package, please
The “service” is frankly embarrassing to the point I’m probably going to go with another provider. I was watching football on cbs. It disappeared, the people you have online are just stupid. I still have no service and have now been cut off- again. They have my number and have not called me back. This is not even a parody of service- you should hang your head in shame. Should anybody, anywhere want to call me, try 9413215601. Does anybody ever act on these reviews, is there anybody with a semblance of pride in their job? Is there anybody there? Pathetic!

Service in our Ca resident is awful (Corral de Tierra, Ca )!!! We need an signal booster here At no charge! We had to do this with AT&T! Tahoe service is great! Help!
Truly horrible app that is totally useless and totally reflective of Xfinity and their horrible customer service I cannot even check my email with this useless app!
Unreal. Spend 40 minutes verifying your identity with someone on chat only to be told there is nothing they can do. Always always the same story with this company. Can’t wait to move.
It’s been the worst service ever . No Agent will respond quickly . Lot of expensive plans. It will take 3+ hours to talk to an agent. Worst service ever.
Spoke with tech support 3 times. 2 hours each time just to be able to log into the mobile app. No success after being promised it would be fixed within 24-48 hours. I don’t have access to change the wifi password or any other options even when logging in as the administrator on a laptop. False advertisement promising control of my home wifi. I pay for these services and hold up my part of the agreement. Xfinity has broke the agreement with false promises. Tech support is a joke. Don’t waste your time.
