Was always a bit of a slow/bad app. Now it serves an ad every time you open it, so if you need to view your cameras quickly not only do you have to deal with a poorly made slow app, but some annoying ad too. Time to bin the cheap china made NVR and get something better so I don’t have to deal with this mess anymore

Ads always popping up, and can not be deleted!

It takes ages for the cameras to load up. If you want an instant look on the camera to see what’s going on the app takes ages just to load and there’s too many steps just to click into the camera you want

Completely useless when you need to see recording when an accident/ incident has occurred. The playback does not flow and always speed up it skips the time when it is the most crucial. HIGHLY not recommended. Unless the bugs and faults is used. Otherwise no point and complete waste of space

Ok for what it does but the issue on ipad with smart keyboard is app does not open up in landscape mode it opens up in portrait mode. Please allow app to open up automatically in landscape or potential mode depends how ipad is held. It is so much hassel to switch it to landscape anyways. Other than that it is ok.

The best app for monitoring

Works reasonably well on both local and external networks. Not clear how to configure but you can work it out. Every time I try to save a recorded video to the camera roll it fails. Pictures work fine.

Keeps showing low memory on all devices. Many many small bugs! Needs a disciplined programmers I think. Your ideas may be good but implementation is a big mess.

The app used to work great on 4g or other wifi connections now it only works on the host wifi .... it only spins and fail to connect when I leave the home ... defies the purpose of using security camera as an this app
