Hacked
How can I know if someone has access to my camera? I think my camera is being hacked by the supplier.
Only zooms at center
When saved video on mobile storage, i cannot zoom on the area that i want. It only zooms at center
Not improving
With so many bad reviews what is the app developer doing? Is the app developer so nimb already that it doesnt bother them that there are so many complaints or are they just incompetent
Cannot access
Not good, I cannot access to my cctv camera
Still have access
Whenever we changed password for the app. Other devices can still access the cctvs without asking for the new password or rather it does not log out all devices when you change password for the account.
Cant view my other dvr
Its was really is for us to install this app. Eventually after the update i cant see all of my devices. Only the one at my house. Can you fix the issues ? I really need to see my other dvr’s especially on this time of world crisis
