It would be seriously wrong to not consider this application. It is one intriguing application. I would love to recommend it.

It is definitely not hard to use as it have interesting features for following your kid .

Any time I have tried to sign up to a new service they have ended up having to contact Xplor admin support as the options that should be available in the app to enable me to sign a new CWA are not available. This is despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times to ensure I have the current version and despite trying to follow help instructions on Xplor online (which I couldn’t operationalise because the app tabs relied upon in the online instructions never showed in my app). The online support function of Xplor (live chat) was never available in my timezone. I wish childcare centres would use a different app that was not so problematic and full of bugs.

The app doesn’t work I have downloaded too many times but same problem

The app keeps crushing when I try to access all photos on my iPhone. Is there a problem?

Don’t bother with this app, it has an app breaking bug that won’t even let you sign in, claiming you have an invalid email and password despite being able to sign your children in using the daycare centre’s iPad and being able to sign in on the internet. I tried it last school holidays to sign my children in at daycare and even after a whole school term, the developers have not bothered to locate and fix the bug. I have been using the same email I have had since high school back in 2002 which works for everything else and I’ve had my wife and the centre send me invite after invite and still this app does not work. This is ridiculous!

Great app! Couldn’t recommend it anymore for tracking my child whilst they are at daycare. Devs have designed a great app and truly care about how user friendly it is!

I really like this app, but since the new update it is difficult to view and engage with photos/videos. I used to be able to scroll through and save or like individual photos. Now i must click on them individually. Also I can only like/save the photo ‘group’ - keeping in mind sometimes the daycare will post group activities, if I want to save a photo of my child I end up with a phone full of photos of all of the classmates and likewise with my ‘liked’ photos, which used to be great to look back on. Please change the photo section back to how it was before! Otherwise it is a good app.

This app fails way too often. Says I need too log my child in on the app but I need to log her out.

1 ) Should allow photo downloads 2 ) Should work offline - not be entirely dependant on a connection to pull up the basic info which should be cached. 3 ) Should not require password again just because it was launched offline. 4 ) Various UX improvements would help.
