Dysfunctional app
Any time I have tried to sign up to a new service they have ended up having to contact Xplor admin support as the options that should be available in the app to enable me to sign a new CWA are not available. This is despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times to ensure I have the current version and despite trying to follow help instructions on Xplor online (which I couldn’t operationalise because the app tabs relied upon in the online instructions never showed in my app). The online support function of Xplor (live chat) was never available in my timezone. I wish childcare centres would use a different app that was not so problematic and full of bugs.
